How serious are you about your personal financial welfare?

No doubt you and your family have worked long and hard to build the estate that is yours today. But, for most, not nearly as much time or energy has gone into safeguarding those dollars against the erosion of taxation and inflation. It might be time for you to ask yourself the following questions:
  • Does your current estate plan reflect your long term goals for giving?
  • Do you have a financial strategy for safeguarding your income and assets against taxes?
  • Are your savings and investments secure and providing the income you desire?
  • Is your estate plan appropriately designed for wealth transfer?
  • Does your estate plan protect you from erosion of inflation?
  • Have you considered tithing your estate?
  • Do you have a professional financial team assisting you in the decision making process?
IRA CHARITABLE ROLLOVER

As a part of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (PPA), Congress allowed donors who are age 70.5 or older to make tax-free transfers of "qualified charitable distributions" up to $100,000 per year from your traditional or Roth IRAs to non-profit organizations, such as Phoenix Rescue Mission.

There is still time to make transfers before the December 31, 2007 deadline. This may be an opportunity for you to make a significant impact for good and God without tax liability.

Can I leave a percentage of my IRA, Pension Plan, Life Insurance, or Securities to charity?

There Are Resources Available to Help!

The Phoenix Rescue Mission has enlisted the services of a team of financial advisors to help our donors make their financial goals a reality. As a ministry, we believe that our responsibility is not just to the homeless and needy of our community, but also to the faithful friends who support us.

The team consists of financial planners, attorney and accountants who will introduce you to proven methods and strategies that will help you.

How Does the “Win-Win” Solution Work?

Many tax relief laws require some sort of charitable gift. Fortunately, you can also ensure that your own personal financial security is top priority.

Before your assets are valued, your values must be understood. Our team takes a personal approach that is focused on making a well-planned gift benefit both you and the cause that you feel strongly about.
